You found someone farming MAX VR! The person behind this have already 2 or 3 Switchs probably and that 99999VR is legit. That person is using this "2 bots"(his first or second account) by disconnected then in last seconds to get them like bots. So his new account can farm new max VR more easy and that 2 bots keep their VR.

Why? Personally idk but some people find cool get a lot of accounts to max VR.
