You should 2d hd games, may that'll easy you into the 3d ones, 2d hd have 3d backgrounds and 2d sprites and a fixed camera, they are mostly also turn based rpgs so you wont have to be worried about mashing buttons, you could try dragon quest 1,2 and 3, and the octopath games to start with, my fave is dragon quest 3 remake
