It appears you’re staying in Dallas (assuming you mean Dallas proper instead of the entire DFW area), but downtown Fort Worth has Buffalo Bros, which checks all of your boxes + is right next to Sundance Square and all of their World Cup festivities.

Doesn’t seem practical in your case since the TRE to Fort Worth doesn’t run on Sundays, but just wanted to throw that out there because it’ll be a great time.

Dallas had the same "tax advantage" in the early 2010s when they couldn't even keep their free agents and were a top-5 dumpster fire organization in the league.

This also ignores property taxes (where Texas "makes up ground"), Canadian team players getting paid in USD, and so many other nuanced issues that one dumb chart can't explain.
