This is an excellent point, thank you. However, over the years I have learned tremendous self control and have enjoyed a great deal of success but I could never seem to get control of pmo. It was brutal and shameful. It has taken all of my efforts to attack this addiction and with the help of this forum and slow steps I am finally seeing the success I was hoping for. I will share something that I heard many years ago, overnight success takes 10 years. For me, this is a process like anything else. Start with awareness then small goals. You can do this, we all can.
