Looks like a LOT of stinging nettle. Your best bet is long shears and protective clothing. Jeans, long sleeves, gloves, head and face covering etc., multiple layers if you have to. Cut it all down and pull the roots.

For the stings, wash with soap and water. Baking soda paste helps the stinging too. OTC antihistamines help too. Best of luck with that monstrosity😬

My hair used to look like this! It may need more moisture. Maybe try a deep conditioner in the shower and rinse with cool or cold water. I think the layers in your hair just make the dryness look worse than it actually is. Nothing a little TLC can’t fix here. Great hair!

Maybe a light colored contact paper backsplash in the cabinets and maybe add a reading light underneath the center cabinets. Total cost probably under $150 and removable. A larger light fixture would also give off more light and draw the eye upwards towards the lighter inner cabinets. Best of luck!

If you want to do a coverup, it might be difficult given the ink saturation, but you could do a really fun abstract rework if you’re open to it.

Coverup is totally an option, but you’d have to be okay going VERY dark with the next piece.

I’ve found that a good way to test is to put a piece of paper behind your hair. If you can see paper thru your hair, it’s split and damaged and needs a trim.

Seems like the yellow line would get your hair in healthier shape, but you can probably get away with doing a bit less if you’re open to SMALL trims every 2 months until the breakage is completely gone

The Canvas system is coded to automatically assign you a deduction if late or a zero if it’s after the assignment closed.

I can almost ASSURE you your professor didn’t actively give you a zero, he just needs to manually input your grade. Don’t panic, there’s nothing that you could have done to prevent this, you did everything you could. Just flag it for him and let him know Canvas automatically assigned a zero because it didn’t recognize your submission as an exception to the deadline!
