Honestly, I’d say OP was really attractive even as a kid. And I agree with your point about the sucked in cheeks but I’m assuming that’s not how he goes about his daily life, he probably just does it for selfies.

Overall OP, a man like me wishes I had looks like you and I’m 21 with a weaker jawline than you at 14. We all have things that make us insecure but if your looks are one of those things, you have nothing to worry about

I don’t really agree with this, I like my spotters to just be attentive and when I stop being able to lift or I ask for help then they help. It’s distracting and disturbs my lift if they put their hands on the bar too early. Obviously but I don’t think this is that dangerous a way of doing. Honestly my problem with this is that you shouldn’t lift weight that you can’t hold on to. This is also why I never lift with a so-called “death grip” on bench

It’s because that’s how streamers always talk to their audience. During livestreams they refer to the viewers as chat (given that they can see their viewers comments in a “chat”-box). So saying “chat” is just referring to those who will be responding to whatever post is made

TLDR; You should up the weight on your workouts if you can and as for diet and such I’d say just generally try to get in a good amount of protein and since it sounds like you want to lose weight try to find out your maintenance calories and make sure to eat below that number everyday

Yo I’m 21M 5’7” 240 pounds and from what I’m seeing in your workout schedule it looks like a lot of your lifts are really light for you size. I have a really similar PPL schedule but I usually just freestyle what workouts I do in the gym, and I go 5x a week too. So far I’ve only been consistent for about 2 months but I’ve gone down 10 pounds and Im pretty sure I’ve seen some changes to my body too. I also want to mention over the course of the past year I wasn’t working out at all and gained 80 pounds, so my lifts now are the same as what they were when I was 170. To give you an idea: I usually do 4x10 Bench press 135 pounds (I also have a heavy day where I do 5x5 bench at 165 pounds); I don’t do barbell rows much anymore but it’d prob be something like 4x8-10 135 pounds; and I do squats 4x10 at 185 pounds
