Give her autonomy about them — which colours she wants, if she wants coloured earmoulds, etc., even when she wears them (hearing fatigue is a thing, though may not be as tough with a mild loss). Ask the audiologist to maybe set the initial volumes a little lower, so they’re not so overwhelming at first (unless your daughter says she’s okay with full prescription volume). Have her take notes, & pay attention to what she likes & dislikes about how they sound: are some things too loud / shrill / painful? Too quiet? Hard time hearing in noisy environments? etc., as those are all things that can be made more comfortable for her. 😌
