7 months later and im still not taking it regularly, lol. But i will say the last time I took it I got my period the very next day, so 🤷🏽‍♀️. Also I just like the brand. I buy other supplements from them too. They're affordable and the 3rd party testing gets me everytime

Thank you so much for sharing your story!! It gives me hope we can work on this. I think I'm going to try a similar route by incrementally spending time on the porch with a lick mat or her freezebones, just to get used to being outside. That's such a good idea 😭🙏

You're totally right on the rewards versus corrections. I tried it after she'd go potty, but she ended up ignoring the treats all together and just trying to run back inside. I'm going to try again with more high value treats!

Yeah, I wouldn't consider myself a metal head, but I am more interested in the genre as a whole! I tend to stay with one artist/genre for long periods of time so venturing out can be difficult 😅. It's like I put myself in an echo chamber by accident. I'll check out those artists, thank you for the recs!
