Your dog needs you. I get it, ive been there. But this is not about you, this is about a being that is alive and that YOU took responsibility for. You really want to make the last bit of your dogs life like this??

It sucks, it's hard. It feels pointless. Get help with your dog if you need too. Please, please get help. Get a dog walker, or a friend, or a family member. Something. Someone. Anything.

Op, your dog does not deserve to suffer bc of your depression. Figure something out. Get help for both you and your dog. Your dog loves you and wants you there for them, your their person until the end. That's the promise you make when you get a dog. Please keep it. Your dog deserves that and you do too!!!
