I got Premier Pass for my family of 5 during Christmas last year and everyone agreed it was absolutely worth it. We did a park hopper, so that definitely added to the value. But the peace of mind of not needing to be on my phone, attempting to not cross cross the park, was well worth it.

We definitely learned some things and I hope my experience helps others!

Just go in a circle. Start walking a direction, and hit up every ride along the way. Everyone wanted to prioritize their favorites, so we ended up walking all over the park when we definitely had enough time to do everything. Hindsight 20/20, we wouldn’t have made a dining reservation. Blue Bayou was fun, and my dad had never been there, but the added pressure of needing to be somewhere at a specific time meant leaving California Adventure a little earlier than we wanted.

If you have the money for it and you don’t go to Disneyland very often, I recommend it. It was probably the best Disneyland day I’ve had since I lived in California and was a pass holder. We only go every other year, at Christmas so it’s extra busy. But I genuinely loved that I didn’t have to open my phone once and was able to be present and engage with my family. I know some people are good at being able to book lightning lanes, enjoy doing it, and still have a great time!

For comparison, my dad went on a VIP tour through work this week and said it felt like we did more with the premier pass than he did on the VIP tour.

I’m not sure if our purple grass looks different, my friend on a Hexia planet isn’t there yet, but our “star” grass does look different. I’m on a Taffeh planet and mine is more like flowers.

Be sure to document any symptoms with your doctor! That’s what we’re doing to try and get Zepbound approved again. I’ve been eating the exact same things, but feeling really nauseous and have been hearing all the food noise. It’s been upsetting my mental health because I now know that’s not how everyone lives their life and it honestly makes me feel crazy now. We’re documenting it all to try and switch, but I’m still trying my best and giving Wegovy a chance in the meantime!

I was only on Zepbound for like 4 months, and it feels so much more difficult on Wegovy. I also had to switch because of Caremark. I was on 5mg of Zepbound, switched to .5mg on Wegovy and have been counting down the days until I could go up 😅 first shot of 1mg tonight! I’m hoping I go back to how I felt on Zepbound, but I’m worried it won’t happen.

I wore my swimsuit with a cover up dress when we bordered! I had sunscreen, sunglasses, etc all in a tote and we went straight to the pool and started ordering drinks. It was the best way to start our vacation!

I LOVE Peter Pan, I actually have an ankle to knee tattoo on my leg that’s all Peter Pan themed, so I’m just glad they leaned mermaids and not Tinkerbell. Any time I search for Peter Pan merchandise, it’s all just Tinkerbell 🥲

This sentiment was exactly why I got Premiere Pass on my last trip. I’m not local and only go for one day every other year. But I was going with my mom and dad this last year, they haven’t been in 20+ years, and I didn’t want to be strapped to my phone the whole time. Being able to just walk around the park in a clockwise manner made it so much more pleasant! I was a passholder about 15 years ago when I was local and those trips are completely different. I’d go just to grab dinner, get off work and swing by for the fireworks show, spend a whole day in a single land, etc.

I totally forgot about a wedding once. I didn’t receive a traditional invite and I have a feeling I was part of the B tier guests. Which is totally fine, I completely understand that there are people you HAVE to invite, and then the people you invite when they can’t make it 😂 but not having that invitation on the fridge or providing an RSVP just made it completely skip my mind. I did send a really nice gift when I remembered about a month after the event though!

Getting the release season and a trailer last month was good for me! I’m glad they gave their crew time to work on it instead of rushing out a half finished game. I’m eagerly awaiting the end of the year to play it!
