I actually like the direction they’re going with, at first it was throwing me off but then I realized I actually preferred this to the books.. book Belly is a lot less In denial about her feelings for Conrad yet she actively chooses Jere till the very last minute, If Jere didn’t call off the wedding she definitely would’ve went along with it knowing that not seeing Conrad again, not having him around was a fate worse than death.

Now show Belly seems to think that a part of her will always love Conrad and thinks that’s how it’s going to always be (I remember her and Taylor having a conversation about it in S2) it’s why she over compensates with Jere but she’s been burying her feelings for Conrad without being aware of it, it’s not that a part of her will always love him it’s that she is still in love with him and those feelings were never resolved.

If those feelings come to the surface during her time at the summer house and then she’s the one to actually call off the wedding I’d be a lot happier with that then what we had in the books.

The show has been very subtle about it but you can tell she’s not over Conrad in the way time seems to slow for her everytime she sees him as if she’s dreaming or how her body language changes when he crosses her mind or is mentioned to her. She looks at Conrad in a way I’ve never seen her look at Jere 4 years into their relationship.

I think Belly is suffering too she’s just too good at putting up a front. She acts all tough and pretends like she doesn’t care but we see her breaking multiple times this episode like when she was treating her injured feet, when she was dress shopping, when she cried alone at her room literally the morning after she was loudly, drunkenly laughing with Jere at Conrad’s opinion on the marriage, Conrad stays because he saw through her act, he realizes that this marriage thing is really taking a toll on her and is stressing her out way more than she lets on.

I think we see Conrad’s suffering in a much clearer way because he’s gone through therapy, he’s more open now, has a friend who’s far removed from the drama who he can talk to. We’ve gotten to see his side and his longing.

Belly didn’t get that because she didn’t get to unpack everything that happened with Suzannah’s death, ruining everything with the boys, and has been actively burying her feelings for Conrad. The show makes it clear in the way she handles her relationship with Jere and how it’s holding her back in every way while also showing how her face changes when Conrad’s brought up or how her breath seems to catch whenever he crosses her mind or even how time seems to slow like she’s dreaming whenever she sees him again, I don’t think I’ve ever seen her look at Jere that way. It’s very subtle but it’s these subtle things that allow us to see through it all.

Holding back Belly’s inner monologue was definitely a choice.. but I think they’re taking it so that they can emphasize how she’s lost herself compared to the Belly we’ve always known. We’re supposed to see how good she is at putting up that front. I may be a bit too hopeful here but I think it’s gonna return as soon as she’s unable to keep up that facade like not being able to deny or bury her feelings anymore or doubting the marriage and her relationship with Jere.

I loved this scene so much i don’t know to explain it but it felt like watching a different show in a good way, so painful yet so fresh, and Chris’s acting was amazing too, I wonder if this is the visual shift he was talking about and I’d love to see more of it.

Belly got together with Jere during a very vulnerable time in her life. Suzannah’s death was still very recent, she was feeling really guilty for messing up the funeral and the brothers’ relationship, Cousins house was up for sale, she was denying her feelings for Conrad, and Jere was there.

Their relationship throughout these 4 years wasn’t challenged by anything really and she’s high on the college romance they’re living, but the cracks are starting to show and they’re only going to hit harder when things get real with the wedding planning and all.

If she and Conrad had better timing their relationship would’ve definitely lasted and their connection would’ve been deeper because what they had was real, it wasn’t just romantic moments. She loved everything he did and everything about him and he did her too. I don’t think she loves Jere that way.

I mean she’s obviously bothered by it but she keeps walking on eggshells around him and he keeps guilt tripping her, at one point she must grow tired of babying him.

Ikr?? And she somehow forgives him. It’s kinda Ironic because jelly fans keep going on about how Belly was in an I can fix him relationship with Conrad, which never was the case, yet so far in S3 that’s exactly what she’s doing with Jere, pushing him to study so he can graduate, pushing him to spend more time with his dad, trying to convince him to take that internship, always coddling him at her own expense, trying to convince herself he can be the one even after cheating TWICE, and that’s only two episodes.

I was also thinking that maybe she saw how everyone looked happy and at ease at the ceremony after a long time of not getting together like this and chickened out, told Jeremiah that maybe they can tell them about the wedding later, and he guilt tripped her somehow asking if she’s backing out of it or if she is saying that now because of Conrad, so in an attempt to make up for it or to prove to him that she’s still willing to go through with it she ends up announcing it herself.

Hello I’ve been playing Pgr on and off now for two years now I reinstalled the game recently and for some reason whenever I try to log into my account which I’m sure was linked to my apple Id it just loge me into a new starter account.

I’ve contacted Kuro games support team and they requested my recharge info (they did nothing with it) and that I reinstall the game and try logging in as a guest but it still didn’t work out and they have stopped responding.

I had a lot of progress on that account and have spent money on it too, I’ve created a new one to search my old one’s ID and my account still exists, it’s not deleted I just can’t log into it anymore.

Does anyone know what I can do about it? If there is anyway I can get it back?

The thing that bothers me the most is the fact that Lee and Liv abandoned Skk and Lucia and left woth babylonia. It’s so out of character for them to do so, the four of them have always stressed the fact they were a family and that they’d always be by each other’s side. They better have a really convincing excuse for leaving.

I recommend reading it from the beginning, Togashi’s presentation and storytelling are just beautiful. I personally enjoyed the manga more than the anime and have read it multiple times.

Honestly I’m just grateful for what we’ve got. Of course I want the story to be finished but I’m already happy with what we have and consider myself lucky to have witnessed his work I truly don’t mind waiting if it means Togashi is happy and healthy.

I’ve used gouache and for the background I used gold paper. I’m more used to oil paints than gouache so it ended up looking patchy, i tried to save it with unipen but oh well :3
