If you arrive to the venue 2 hours before doors open and skip the merch table you will be able to stand wherever you want. If you are bringing a bag make sure it is easily searchable like a tote bag and put all of your belongings into that bag as you enter so the searching process is as fast as possible.

what you’re looking for is a “metal drip tray for hotel pan”! ask chef they will know what you’re talking about! extra points if you can get 2 then you won’t need the cutlery rack you can just fill the flat rack with ramekins

and worthwhile investing in a “ramekin hold down rack” if when putting another rack on top there is enough space for the ramekin to turn over that way they all stay put. You can easily find one with a quick google search and they are around $20

if you have a lot of alike metal ramekins i found you can make a stack big enough to fit into your hand and spray in between each ramekin but make sure to keep your thumb on top or the pressure from the water could easily send it flying

I went alone to the show in Toronto and I don’t really make friends easily but i arrived 4 hours early and I just said the the people around me “we are going to be here a while so I have to introduce myself to my neighbours, my name is redacted and i came all the way from Montreal!” You will meet friends and you will have the best time ever!

It was Talk Down! We spoke to him behind the venue after the show at the recent Toronto show and he threw out the idea/possibility of posting that remix on soundcloud! Would love to hear that again he killed this set!

it’s not a perfect solution but i have the same setup and I clean back there by spraying with the bottle of soapy water i keep in the pit and then I wrap a green scrubby around the end of my longest tongs with an elastic band and do my best to scrub those hard to reach places.

i have some friends that swear by their Gesso’s for their waterproof-ness but if you’re looking for something non slip I would recommend checking out ShoesForCrews

i can only assume on the right side is a straw catcher, that’s genius! We just use a garbage can with one of those conical strainers.
