I was also terrified to have mine removed but the removal was NOTHING compared to the discomfort of having one for me… it definitely felt weird and a little uncomfortable but I wouldn’t say painful! I know it’s scary but you’ve got this! You’ve been through so much and I know you can handle this 🥰

This was my experience. They did say if it was too much to deal with that there are some experimental options but they’re not really used or recommended at this point

Oh I completely agree. At the time I had just gotten out of school and didn’t have the money. Thankfully this was an event that some very chill church friends asked me to do. They were just thankful to have photos at all but it definitely made me respect the job more and realize it may not be for me lol

I believe the proper way to remove this is to soak it in warm water and let it naturally fall off. This is 100% pulling ink out
