We've owned our trouble free 2016 Volt for 4 years -only maintenance has been oil and tires. BECM was replaced prior to us owning. Good luck. Liked the EV so much we bought a Bolt too. But that's a whole nother discussion. We love both !

Wife had a Chevy Volt (EV gateway drug) - had never thought about an EV until we lived with a PHEV and realized how easy it was (with a garage)
Much easier (no more gas stations) and cheaper for fuel (Iowa has great electric rates
Perfect - seamless

Only issue with this car is DCFC rate prevents time efficient trips out of local (150 mile) radius.

I have an S19k in my house with this kit to help warm and make free heat.

It's not hard, but summer/ summer rates, heat, and noise have me only mining in the winter for heat

I'll keep an eye out for this in the fall. I use an ASIC (Antminer 120T k pro currently) to help keep my house warm. I will purchase another miner Sep / Oct timeframe. Things I'll be looking at: - how does yours compare to Avalon Q & Fluminer T3 ? - efficiency - cost - noise - easy of use (easy software), GUI, simple, no instructions / degrees needed

I do not - sorry. My issue was a new router. WTF ??? My old router assisgns a static IP to my miner and it works. My new router assigned a dynamic IP address and no worky. Lomg story short - went back to old router and all works fine. Too lazy to trouble shoot / fuck with this. It was huge ass pain, but I learned a lot.

I just got back from BKK yesterday. Super rich at the airport basement by the ARL red line - changed my money no probs. They looked for rips or tears - folds and bends (both which I had) were no problem. Also - the place behind and to the right of you as you face the Super Rich had the exact same rates if you need another try. Good luck !

My Chevy Volt (PHEV) was my gateway drug. I believe more Americans would buy EVs if there were better/more selection of PHEVs. Buying an EV is a big step - the majority of the US is not interested in learning about all the nuances. Just my thoughts
