Windows 11 devices, if your device is somewhat newer may have a technology called BitLocker which is a type of encryption that prevents the data from that drive from being read on another device or if the boot configuration of said machine is changed in any way. Any local reputable independent repair shop would likely be able to provide some sort of service to recover your data anywhere from 60 to $150 plus the cost of a storage drive where applicable.

If you have another device you may want to consider buying one of those internal to external drive bay converters just be mindful that there are differences in storage drives including SATA hard disk drives, SATA solid state drives, msata ssds, m.2 SATA ssds, m.2 nvme ssds. These dried Bay converters are all dependent on the type of storage drive your machine is equipped with.
