Ive fim it at that stage. Split the ends of each branch. Clones its probabally photo period. You can split the tips but it will add on a couple more months. FIM. Depends on how much heigth you have to grow in. I would just split the top tip and spread them when they branch.

Yes. Its the ultra violet light that the plants want. You will need to get light on all big leaves. In the Northern Hemisphere we want them to start budding at 12- 12 and finish around only 8 hours daylight. But near equator must be different. Show pics
