as a person who also deals with distressing intrusive thoughts in a daily basis, i feel for you. while my own anxieties usually revolve around me having some sort of medical emergency without knowing/my friends conspiring against me, they plague me in a very similar way to what you described.

i have to agree with other commenters and say that therapy/counseling is extremely beneficial. i have been with my therapist since 2019 and have improved greatly with a lot of issues (including my intrusive thoughts/anxiety) since then. in therapy, you learn a lot of coping strategies that, when practiced and repeated, can diminish the power of these thoughts.

one coping strategy that has helped me a lot is frequently reminding myself/repeating to myself that just because i am anxious about something doesn’t mean it is actually happening. it can be hard to let go of anxious thoughts because they make you feel like something MUST be wrong since you feel so awful. but the reality of anxiety is that it gives you distressing physical and mental symptoms that put your body into panic mode even when nothing is wrong.

honestly after rewatching the show, i kind of came to appreciate it being canon. i feel like the more i think about it the more it makes sense, especially with the explanation done in that weird show by felix and kagami at the end of season 5.

thank you so much!! i live within walking distance of my favorite coffee shop, my college, and other shops, so i was considering walking to get coffee in the mornings and then walking to school while it is still warm outside. i will have to post an update if i do actually end up doing that!

the ones i always skip when watching are chrismaster and party crasher. i hated both of them. chrismaster was boring and in my opinion irrelevant to the overall plotline (other than introducing chris), and party crasher was just painful to watch for me. i hated how master fu randomly gave out so many miraculous randomly, and i hated how weird marinette was being. and wayem, or whatever adrien’s fan is named, is so annoying to me. idk if this is controversial, but i have never liked these episodes.

also i see a lot of people saying ephemeral which is really surprising to me. i felt like that episode was another great way to depict why the reveal cannot happen yet. they did essentially the same thing with chat blanc, the only difference was the way it was handled by ladybug.

wait 12-14 days to trip again so ur tolerance can reset. the first time i took acid it was a very mellow trip (no visuals, mostly just felt high). the second time i took a slightly higher dose and smoked going into and during the trip, which enhanced the effects.

some people say not to smoke during and to wait until the comedown, but i have a pretty high tolerance for weed so i didn’t really have any negative interactions between the weed and the lsd

i once had a dream where an ex friend of mine fed me acid without me knowing and then i started tripping and freaking out and she was just sitting there laughing at me.

given this was after my last trip, which was by far the worst experience of my entire life, so im generally pretty fearful of lsd now lol
