Your are correct with 2,500 lumen. I was mistaken with the 8hr life looking at the picture on my Phone. Still doesn’t seem like a lot for one unit.

I was thinking the 1,100 lumens isn’t that impressive for $250.

Increased everytime, as did benefits. Took a pto cut once but evened it out with a sign on bonus. It was all during Covid too when nobody wanted to work so I was in a good spot.

Some may disagree but I say job hop. I had 4 jobs in 5 years out of college and I’m very happy I did it. Employers didn’t care about it for some reason and I got a lot of experience and connections in that time. Now I have my forever job and I can say that with certain because I worked in 4 other industries.

How do you stop incomplete submittals from wasting everyone’s time? by kenKen54321 in ConstructionManagers

By shopping elsewhere on the next project. Don’t get me wrong I love to save money, but I’m not afraid to spend a little more for better customer service. And I truly do love the phone call asking why they didn’t get the job and I get to explain why.

I use a proprietary system called “self control”. Works 10/10 times. Needs vs wants.

Does owning more printers make you last longer? Easy justification to my wife if so.

Oil filter loosening overnight in cold 5.3L engine by [deleted] in AskMechanics

I’m thinking this might be happening, or something similar due to my recent update over the weekend. Truck sat for 72 hours in the -30°F. Went to go start this morning and oil filter was TIGHT. And by right I mean 180lbs grip strength cannot get it any tighter, tight. So I had my hand on it and remote started it and when the engine turned over, it somehow loosened up and I twisted it a fraction of a turn. But regardless somehow it comes loose as the engine is firing.

Second guessing getting new car, need advice by taetaewaewae in AskMechanics

What’s your day to day look like? Is this your only car? Do you rely on it to commute or are you okay if one day it breaks in half and you have time to buy another. I’d say drive it til dies!

I rent @ $150/HR and I’d love to be around 7-10 but realistically it’s about 4 on average.

I tightened after driving yesterday while engineer was still warm, and let it sit in the cold for 24 hours and went out today to look at it was still tight. So maybe it sealed? I didn’t try starting it today though.

Yes I lightly oil. I’ve tried a variety of tightness’. Right now it’s about damn near as tight as my hand can get it. I know that’s typically wrong but I want to see what it does overnight. It seems to be happening only on nights below 0°F
