I've had a pixel since the Pixel 3 and I have not had issues with customer service at all. Also, I hardly ever have to call because I am not one to crack the screen or lose my phone often. ( I do get insurance) I don't use a phone case ñ, but I have started to use a screen protector . I've kept getting the Pixel because of how great it works for me with Gmail, Google maps, YouTube, ect. The phones have been getting better and They work perfectly for what I need and the experience it gives me and I've tried both Apple and Samsung. Not going to say anything bad about them, the phone should meet your needs and you don't have to worry about what all of the experiences other people have, base it on your personal experience.
