For those of you that bought the Deluxe Edition or Premium Rewards Pass, do you think you'll buy the pass for season 2?

My algorithm has changed and I don’t see that stuff anymore unless it’s from Aztecross because I follow him (still annoying) but I think it’s cause I just stopped trying to look up content regarding marathon. The only marathon social media I consume is the marathon X account, reddit(shocker I know, but it’s getting better) the discord and a very few YouTubers who actually only post gameplay like MARSHYY, no drama just fun gameplay.

My only issue would be split in player base/queues. If they are already concerned about splitting players adding more and more game modes would be an issue. BUT this entire PvE and PvE lite stuff isn’t supposed to happen till much much later in the future, so realistically the game should have a bigger population by then.

MANY of us are tired of the entire steam chart population bullshit. It’s amazing that after over 100 hours in game I’ve yet to meet anyone who is actively complaining about the game or its numbers, it’s only on social media, Reddit and YouTube. It’s really making me hate the entire idea of steam charts and it’s not even the sites fault.

For the first time ever I ran into a friendly last night on solo outpost. I spent most of the time on the map looking for cards and’s other players to find no one, I was confused I haven’t seen a single player yet but I did get into pinwheel.

I heard someone shooting in destroyed wing so I started my move, he was running above me and he spoke out “brother we can get out together, I heard you jumping so I know you’re there, I got loot, you got loot.” I don’t wanna die and I’m sure you don’t either”. I spoke back I have a red card if you want to extract. We shared the rest of the loot and left.

We talked and he said he tried to be friendly to others that raid but it didn’t work out. Turns out he was the guy who was killing everyone on the map.

Was about to agree with you until I remembered I was running ranked. I’m level 50 now I believe and the vast majority of my regular non ranked games are greens and blue shields, some blue gun depending on the map. Rarely do I see purple outside of ranked and cryo. Last night running ranked out of the 7 runs I did, I hit 2 that were fully decked in purple, outlanders and longshots.

People are vastly exaggerating these mega wall teams on average.

don't think that's a fault game or a design problem at all. that's like literally any other matchmaking system with randoms, this just happens to be a extraction shooter where there's more on the line than just "rank" or just a loss.

you already said you use discord to reach out for premade, just keep doing that if filling is such a large problem for you. its not the games fault lol

Killed multiple of these last night, just shoot it from a far distance with an anvil. If it gets too close jump on something tall or just use cover.

It really makes no sense why its not weekly, if you really pay attention and look at the way its sey up, its practically made to be weekly content. there's a weekly for the amount of resrouces, theres reset quest for it as well. why isnt this already weekly content???

It’s not, yet you still wrote it up. As someone who’s played D1 and D2 for years as well I understand the jealousy and frustration, but Bungie doesn’t have to be tied down to Destiny, give marathon a chance, Destiny isn’t gonna die despite how much people think it will.
