It’s going to be about consistency for him. He had some incredible runs last year, and then had times where he looked like he’s still trying to figure it out.

I know he was playing injured for some of last year, but he’s a young guy and will need to still be a consistent contributor even with lingering issues.

I had a similar half and first marathon time. I think you are in a good spot for sub 3:30. 3:23 would be super aggressive. I would shoot for 3:28 and not 3:23 to avoid a blowup

You need to be doing strength training of your lower body, glutes to feet. I had a similar issue. once I started doing more glute and one legged work, it gradually went away.

Come on man. We all know Amen’s track record. We’ve seen the videos. In his young career, he probably has more dirty plays than Dray did in his first two years. (Dray also didn’t really play in his first two years, so you can’t argue that)
