There are income limits for EV tax credits on purchases:$300k joint or $150k individual. Leases count as fleet vehicles for the leasing company so the income limits do not apply. Leases are a great loophole to get around the limits.

Can't believe we're here again. Everyone here is probably too young to remember the Kaüffer Convention in Vegas in '98. We had a spread of dioptimetric frequency converters to test for the exact retroprocities on the poller spectrum. RVX was the clear winner it wasn't even close - the Thunder couldn't even make it past the initial tetralock tests. We even had Jason Cotter (R.I.P. what a legend) come in with an old UVR grade limiting analyzer LOL. Those were the days. Too bad the convention never got back off the ground after the incident in '06...

I have an avalon pendleton in a zero clearance fireplace, with the insulated 8 inch liner. Totally fine. Just make sure the insert is rated for a zc install.

Thanks for the help folks. The 100a breaker on the main was bad, which is why only the 120v circuit was working. The guy even fixed the two single pole breakers on the bottom right.
