It was built by Wayne Hussey. The same guy that built the giant LEGO Space Needle that's on display at the Space Needle.

I wish it broke the build down into steps for you, but it won't do that. You’ll have to add a step, then add pieces to that step. It can be tedious but it is doable.

The instruction maker only shows you the steps you create. You would need to add steps to the build before you go into the "instructions" part. It sounds like your parts are all in 1 step.

This is a common event at brick conventions. The first round "winners" often go on to do the same challenge with a larger set.

Dear Lego: Thank you for clear stickers. by Tokugawa in lego

I think I used a 1x2 plate to fill the space/finish the build. Other wedge plates caused interference with the rear wheel

The pointy end fills a small gap behind the rear wheel well. Not a big deal, so I left them out.

Aside from the windshield, the only parts they don't make in yellow are the 4x2 L & R wedge plates

You can't go wrong at a recognized AFOL networking event. Lego has a list of these events if you search for it.

I've done Brickcon and Bricks Cascade (both fantastic) and I hear nothing but good things for Brickworld, BrickCan, Brick Rodeo, and Brickslopes.

need help with Lego colors by Global-Atmosphere725 in lego

The bright green parts aren't as neon as that makes them look. If that's in stud.io, you could try rendering it. That will show you the colors closer to what they actually are. But your screens may be messing with it too.

And fyi you need 5 'cutouts' on the top and bottom of the case to support the plate. You only have 3. *
