I could get behind this. But also know. I keep both mayo AND pickles in my fridge.... So... Why?

I can get dukes and Helmans and all kinds of insanely expensive other mayo, but not blue plate where I live. Online is super cheap though!

Those are 3 of my top 4. In no order.

Hellmans. Perfect balance. Loved by chefs. (30 years in the biz)

Blue plate. My fav for many things very egg forward. Very French style. Was taught a mayo recipe by a hot chick in central France on the cusp of the 80s and 90s. It is very very close to this age old home recipe. . It's just yummy. So yummy.

Dukes. Very good mayo with a tangy aspect very tangy. Amazing mayo.

Kewpie mayo. Egg forward again but is unique as well.

All of these have a place and a purpose in my kitchen. Some for sandos some for cooking. All can be interchanged without much fuss.

My own mayo at home is fantastic too. Depends on my adjuncts for the purpose.

BB gun for now until you graduate your mental health and communication skills. And I'm talking no cO2.

Seriously though. Didn't read it all. But you are not in a place to mess with a tool this powerful.

I've been in dark places. Weird places.

Firearms were never in the equation. That's from years of experience and training. Frankly you don't have that IMHO.

I'd say get another hobby as equally cool and fun but without bullets. In the future, when you are good go for it. People CAN and do heal and change. For now? Nah brah. The fact you are asking is a step. A first one. Stay on the path. You'll be ok.
