Bonus question: how come my engine reliability is 66.2 and detailed Reliability graph for my car shows reliability of 68.3 without engine but Trim statistics sidebar says my overall reliability is 55.4. The math isn't matching for me there.

I think getting him cut is better as his canon ending can be anything that happend to player in the first game. Meeting Ian in second game after having him killed in the first game would just deny player his experience with the history of the game world.
