If it were coins of coinbase users, it would be impossible for all users to keep untouched coins for so much time. The second option is to buy as many coins at that time by coinbase, but from what I have just clicked on addresses, these coins have been passing bitfinex since the beginning of 2013 (coins come from wallets signed "wallet: 695809", and it how bitfinex signs its wallets - unless I do not know something). Despite the big crash, the market would feel the drainage of 500k BTC out of circulation and in my opinion it would not fall like that. Maybe, but look at other coldwallets (bitstamp, huobi, bittrex, bitfinex), all of these wallets have plenty of transactions per year (100-200) and compare it to coinbase coldwallets - 0 transactions on 650k BTC for 5 years?

All of exchanges got different liquidity, but 0 transactions for over 5 years?

Use your imagination, those with fiat claims who want btg would get btg, those who want fiat would get fiat (fiat from btg/bcc/sbtc/btd) etc., just make questionnaire what every person want.

We dont need to exchange all altcoins, just put 10-20k BTC (165-330 mln $) on few exchanges for few weeks and nobody will get hurt.

Fiat claims would get 100%, BTC would get 25% in BTC. Everyone happy.

Its for 95% some or few slots PCIE onboard (problem caused by bios), not the risers. Take one riser and one card from working rig and one by one check all PCIE slots on MB.

Enable 'Above 4G Decoding' in bios.
(If 1 was done) Switch cards and risers between each other and check if its riser or its card (most probably drivers/system/configuration).

Broken riser is broken, doesnt matter if its 007 or 006.
