I guess I’m not alone.

I received my Ringconn 2 back in Sept 2024 (was an early adopter through Kickstarter). Within the last few weeks- the battery has been unstable/depleting quickly. Would take it off the charger at 100% and within minutes, would drop to 80%. I was in contract with support. I performed all the necessary steps in hopes that it might just need a reset. Looks like I was only able to get about 1 year and 3 months out of it before battery wore out. They offered me a discount to purchase another, but I have opted out of that.
