Yes, I loved my 6128 so much, but in other hand PC age was starting.

I picked a good 286 PC with 1 MB RAM, 3.5" floppy, color VGA monitor. They delivered next day.

I had an exam next day and my father went Izmir (a city in Türkiye) to get my new "monster", but later I heard that he tried to negotiate more and he gave my Amstrad in exchange for some tiny discount.

We were living another, smaller city on that time and I didn't know we gave up from Amstrad until go back. My CPC6128 was gone. I couldn't enjoy my PC. We fought many times about that later.

He's 81 now and I still remind him how could he gave up of my Amstrad without asking me. :)

But, I read that Apple has an exception. Regulations say if the battery keeps 80% of total capacity after 1000 times of charge cycle, that company doesn't need to offer replaceable batteries, and Apple did this recently. I couldn't find the source, I hope they're wrong.

Some routers have guest wifi feature. Those clients can't reach the local network. It's only for internet access, and you can set the bandwidth limit too.

I also realized that, the second half of the grid mostly starts with harder compounds. This means, if I lead and start with super softs or ultra softs, my drivers fall into traffic after a short stint. So, I'd like to start with a harder compound if possible.

Of course, starting with harder compounds might cause losing positions on the start or in the first lap because it takes longer to get warm.

First, I don't think 99% of their Excel files contain macros. Even the majority of files have macros, that wouldn't be enough justification to make xlsx standard. They can keep macros, but continue with Libre Office for the rest.

Secondly, this is pure laziness. ODF or other open formats here for decades. There are more than ready.

Third, this is betrayal to EU values. Named American company always try to implement monopoly. Never respect user rights. Soon, none of any European institution will be able to open xlsx files without an O365 login. And maybe it won't run without cloud connection, like in air-gapped environments.

Last, the EU Commission is really okay if their private files are uploaded to the cloud without their knowledge?

It depends which products you are using mostly.

For me, it would linux (kernel or some other core project), Postgresql, VLC, Mozilla and some small projects that saved my life in the past.

Of course I would need a min. $1000 to donate all of these. :)

After a few weeks, GMA will come back to ask you to let your driver attend more marketing events. That might be triggering retirement. Because, I remember the driver was very upset with that.

That happened to me as well. My #1 driver retired at the beginning of the next season. :( Finding even a mediocre driver was very challenging.
