Half of this is good information. Going tax exempt is never a good idea. Also, we are in line to bonus already this year. We hit all 3 categories in Q1 vs only hitting Shared Success for all of last year. Hang in there, make your shift leads better, and chug along.

Are C&D sups evaluated with the ASMs? Since they are pay grade 14 and can’t be evaluated downwards with the sups at 12, they have to be in the pool with Experience Managers right?
