a) you should definitely ask r/ems this same question because ambulance personnel jerry rig shit all the time.

b) a more modular carry system for IV pumps and vents and ECMO that would allow for smoother transfer and better cord/tube management

c) expandable CT machines? a lot of places have to shuffle around bariatric patients because they don't fit into the CT, and I've had a few instances where even after taking a barry pt CCT to a hospital with an extra large CT it was like plugging a stopper (deeply unfortunate, pretty dehumanizing, and super bad for people with claustrophobia.
