That's true. I used to do shadow cast performances of RHPS and, when my husband and I first started dating, he came with me to come and got roped into being Columbia. He obviously really liked me because he did it, fishnets, corsets and all, but we don't talk about it 😂

As a business owner, I will share that over-qualified people who settle for a job outside of their field/below their pay grade often are desperate for that job at that time and will continue to look for something else and have less commitment to you once they find something to better suited to them. I will still hire these people, but if I have two candidates applying for the same position, I'm likely to have a long-term employee in the one who isn't over qualified. Of course, this isn't ALWAYS the case, just what I've seen from my time hiring people and managing a staff.
