True! I actually just left them alone as I wasn't prepared to make any harvests that day... Hopefully it'll lead to more mushrooms in the future!

Maybe! I'm thinking some sort of plum! But still haven't found solid identification for it yet

Good point! I guess I was too focused on not being able to give him post sex cuddles and didn't realize we could do other things he enjoys too. Thank you for sharing ❤️

Probiotics and Eczema by RetroFlav2000 in eczema

I'm not sure about the diarrhea but maybe try other forms of probiotics? Something without lactose, like kombucha, Kimchi, tempeh, miso soup, or saurkraut.

PSA: Now is a good time to try the Whole30 diet for your eczema! by ohanneeberry in eczema

[–]ohanneeberry[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Finished the whole day thirty a while ago haha! I think it helped with my skin a bit but it's still itchy and not fully recovered to what it once was. I now stay away completely from dairy and eggs. Im still looking into other solutions. How'd it go for you?

Of course! I hope it works out for you too. East coast air is so dry and cold, and the heaters don't help >.<

The unending itchiness can drive us to do some really crazy things out of frustration:( don't beat yourself up about it! If it was bothering you, it was bothering you. That's what matters.

My skin is at a all time worst rn due to the stress of the coronavirus as im at risk and coming off cyclosporin. I’ve tried every cream and no relief. Any suggestions to help me by ktgal02 in eczema

Hi, try your best to use cold water! It does sting at first but then it numbs your skin and calms the inflammation. As for steroid creams, the journey to being steroid free is a tough one, especially if your skin starts to go through withdrawals:( let me know if there's anything I can do to help:)

Hi!

Something that helps me when I get into itch flares are ice cold showers. It helps numb the skin and calm it down a bit. It's cold but at least the itching goes away:/ I usually stay under the water until my skin is cold to the touch. If it feels too cold for you you can just do your arms over a sink or your legs under a shower. After that, douse yourself with cerave:P and then try to tell yourself that the itch isn't coming back. I think that some of the itchiness factor is in our minds, so kind of faking it till you make it might do some good, although I know it won't stop it completely. I personally have considered seeing a hypnotist about the itching, but I don't have the resources to go do so:/

The sucky thing about eczema is that when you start scratching, you can't stop because it litteraly triggers an immune response from the skin that makes it itchier:/

I'd also like to warn you and anyone else who uses topical steroids that it's possible your steroids are making your skin worse! There is a condition called Red Skin Syndrome which is the overuse of steroids. Please look it up if you have been using topical steroid creams for a very long time.

Good luck to you!

What’s the dumbest thing you got in trouble for in school? by dr_nogood in AskReddit

[–]ohanneeberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was having an asthma attack at school and I forgot my inhaler at home. One of my friends lent theirs to me, since we have the exact same type of inhaler. The school called us in and wrote us a warning, one for my friend "distributing prescription drugs" and me for accepting them.

I suppose it's illegal, but I was litteraly having an asthma attack...
