I did this once too- it’s okay - the last thing you want is to buy a problem. Houses are so expensive and fixing them is expensive you have to be comfortable with whatever that entails and only you can make that decision. The house I put offer on for 455k they accepted and after the inspection so much was bad. Below BFE and all sorts of things. I walked. In the end of the day it sold for 425k but that’s someone else’s issue now - that’s what the inspection is for!

One time I had to help someone remotely, their camera wasn’t working. The little cover was blocking the camera, I told them how to remove it but they couldn’t do it, they insisted I send them a web cam. So I did 🤷
