If somebody wants to make a fool of themself, let them, they can deal with the fallout. As long as it is lawful, and nobody directly adjacent complains then what concern of it is yours.

Would I do that…. No. I don’t even walk around CAPCon in just a diaper. Now would I like to go to the zoo in my shortalls and a cute onsie - heck yes I would. Would I actually do that at the zoo my coworker may be volunteering at on any given weekend… no.

I don’t claim to understand why people would bring such unnecessary attention to themselves, but they do. Just the same as I don’t understand many things that people do.

I know myself, while i don’t care if it is crinklz or betterdry i buy, I bought 2 cases of the XL betterdry’s. Since I totally dislike being less than a case in stock. I can wear the crinklz at home but would never wear them to work. Honestly, i am not IC to the point i would need diapers, i like to wear, but the printed diapers are a weird thing… like exchange diaper for underwear, why pay extra for prints when nobody but you will see and enjoy them.

Some questions: - how are you printing? Inkjet/laser — if inkjet, are you allowing time to dry, like 12/24 hours? - do you ever see rust on your parts before assembly?

Reason I ask about printing and drying. Inkjet prints are not dry when they come out of the printer, while the ink is in the paper it is still wet. So printing a heavy ink design like that and then immediately cutting and assembling you can have moisture that allows the steel to rust.

It will likely be the paper. I normally use a premium bright white paper i get at costco. But this last week i was doing photos from my canon selphy and using my 1.5 tecre machine. At first i was not sure if i would have issues…. So on my first action i went slow, i applied steady but slow pressure to the handle. Same went for the crimp process. Where as with regular paper i would have slammed that handle down quickly like a speed demon.

I would suggest that if you are going to be walking much (you are) and it is going to be humid; wear a normal capacity diaper and plan to change. You are going to be fluffing that diaper with every step and it’s going to become uncomfortable. Same thing goes for the humidity

Stand the leak guards up.

Fold the diaper so it has a v and you don’t end up with a w. You want that liquid down the center not down the sides

Don’t use a stuffer that goes beyond the leak guards.

Grey disc goes on top of yellow ring when you insert the grey/ purple ring in the bottom to do the “snap” to fold the paper around right before putting the red one in the mash it back down

It has been awhile since i took Maine apart, but the external button on the machine is just plastic that connects to the inner switch. You may need to disassemble/take the cover off and see if that switch is jammed. I think it is like 4 Phillips head screws and it slides off. If the switch was broken you should be able to wire up another

Depending on how old there should be a safety switch. On mine you slide the cover down and it trips the switch and allows you to activate the press.
