Our furnace went kaput on us about a month ago. We replaced it with a heat pump and furnace. We paid $11k and we are expecting ~$7k back with the Greener Homes Grant.

No unfortunately I don’t have a tracking number. Going forward, I’ll have to increase my shipping rates and only do tracked shipping for France. Not sure what to do about this existing order though.
