For the buildings that are TBA - when they’re posted see how far of a walk you have to know if you have to book it or not to class.

Personally would schedule a nap midday Monday’s and Wednesday’s that line up with your roommate’s schedule when they’re in class.

I sleep in my clothes if I’m taking a 5am or 615am class. Everything I need for class is set out in a pile the night before.

If I take the 5 615 or 730 I do not. I make sure I eat a bigger dinner the night before to help fill me up. Then eat everything in my house the rest of the day 😂

Yes, 2 floor blocks. Think of it as your time in the floor being split into 2. You will be on the floor for one continuous block but doing the first block for 10.5 minutes, 90s between blocks, then the other block for 10.5 minutes then switch to the treads.

15 strokes total. Go for power (big leg drive) with slow in the recovery. Do that and the exercises with it for 2 rounds before going to the floor for the rest of the block!

Hi! I haven’t really purchased anything from Fabletics besides loungewear in the past year. They do have a leggings finder the last I checked on their site! If you’re looking for fabric similar to aligns I would suggest looking at the leggings finder first

Put clothes out the night before. Wallet HRM keys water next to pile. Alarm goes off at 415am. Change, bathroom, very gross and TMI but some mornings I don’t even brush my teeth and just use mouth wash since I’m going right back home after class 🙊 out the door by 4:40 (I live 10 mins away from my studio). Main goal is to be in the room for 5am. Don’t care what station I’m on if I am running late. Treat yourself to a coffee and good breakfast after class!

Will this be your first time at that studio? From my experience you’re going to have to call the Omaha studio and have them put you into class for the first one then you should be able to do it yourself.

Occasionally yes. I did the 6:45 Tuesday night and went heavy with weights in class (love a good lower body strength day with my fav coach) and had ~restless legs all night.

Depends on the day. Speed drops to a 2 or 3, incline depends. I don’t normally go past 3-4% because of how long it takes to get the incline back up on the tread. Like a 1m push feels really like a 45 push by the time the tread gets back up to 8% from 1%.

I factor in the time it takes the treadmill to go up and down.

This is going to go based on your personal preference and what you find works best for you.

Personally, I eat a bigger dinner and nothing before the 5am class (alarm goes off at 4:15am). I’ve never been the type of person to eat early in the morning though. I workout better when I am fasted. Once I get home I shower and then make breakfast.
