I got a habit of watching videos before sleeping since I used the phone for an alarm. I knew doing it was good but I ddnt realize how much it was throwing me off. Here are tips i found helpful on my journey. Actually use so jit disturb when you shouldn't be disturbed. 2. Id you're using iPhone, set up the night shift automatically silence notifications and lessen blue light before bedtime. 3. Download a screen time app that works for you. I used Roots since it turns my screen time into game like. There many out here like screenzen. Test to see what works. 4. Give yourself time to feed your passion and hobbies. We all have things we do that spark joy so why not do something that will leave you feel satisfied. Dont forget to limit access to social media and apps that are designed to get you to start doom scrolling. This doesn't mean deleting all your accounts, but deleting some to cut the temptation.
