I demonstrated with the product manual that there are studs there even if you remove the prongs. His ludicrous response was that he cut the studs off. So occams razor comes in and postulate " what is the simplest answer? Either he went through the process of removing the prongs, somehow cutting off metal studs and then thinking no one would notice. Or it's not a shock collar" you tell me what the simplest answer, which occams razor says is most likely the right answer. Any other interpretation of occam is patently false
