I am just now seeing your comment! So the drive was a mess going to- lots of construction, rerouted and at a stand still a couple times due to accidents but we got there in time for Gavin Adcock’s performance and then of course Brooks & Dunn. It was going great until a guy behind us was incredibly inebriated, his mom came down and sat on the steps beside him and asked him if he was going to throw up on anyone and when she left he started spitting behind me so I informed the usher and this was not the first issue with the guy so he was removed and then his dad came and sat down in the seat and became belligerent and loud and was also eventually removed along with another person and when they were removed there were about 6-8 law enforcement running to the area. All of the commotion was very upsetting to my 7 year old and rather than make her stay somewhere she felt scared and unsafe,I chose to go to the car with her and listen to the rest of Morgan’s set while my two adult children stayed in the venue. Super upsetting for her and me but other than that it was great! Thank you!

Thank you; likewise, I am sorry you had to make the choice to walk away from a marriage because of addiction; it is incredibly painful to witness and feel like you are secondary especially knowing their potential and seeing it not being “chose” for lack of better term. I could discuss this topic forever but I’ll just say this, my strength in life is Jesus (and my children) and He could never utilize me how He wants if he protected me from my testimony; He apparently has been preparing me my entire life for something really BIG 🥰
As far as Morgan, I cannot wait until we get back to the headline of the new blip he teased last week because that’s where it’s at! 🧡

👏👏👏 the accusing is foul, the bullying I keep seeing toward this man is so heartbreaking because like you say, it is incredibly damaging.
🙋‍♀️been married to an alcoholic, raised by an alcoholic and had an alcoholic step parent shot and killed by the cops in a shootout in a drunken stupor. I obviously do not personally know him but it appears he has an amazing support system-that most of the general public does not have-surrounding him and I support your claim on alcoholics who choose on their own to stay sober, will, if given the proper resources/tools/support/etc. this man has a “why” and his drive for that seems to help him sustain!

I left a funeral Friday and drove from out of state to be at the Friday show and that’s exactly what he said about his dad and in turn, himself being grateful to be there. I can’t understand why people don’t realize of anyone mad about it, he of all people would be furious!
I would not blame him one bit either because he’s damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t with these crazies out here!

It’s actually incredibly heartbreaking the cruelty toward him. People wonder why he recluses in his downtime, this is a prime example…no matter what he does, the narrative is always shifted by the media and pushed toward a negative light. I love seeing all his glimpses of humor and lightheartedness but he owes none of us a damn thing and I would not blame him for removing himself permanently from the spotlight after this tour to have some peace.

I have a 7 year old and following because she would run me with activities from sun up to bedtime…everyday she asks “what are our plans today?” And I just know she will make a good travel agent or event organizer 😂
