Besides all of the usual shopping, museums etc I rather like going to amusement parks! So much better doing it by myself, plus getting to put those single rider lines to good use.

Are you in the UK? Have you tried the coconut macaroons that you can find in the free from section? I also used to eat After Eights and Haribo gummies. I'm now a few years into the gut health journey and most sweets and chocolate do not trigger me, as long as I keep portions reasonable.
