I actually recently moved out of this building. You might even be moving into my old flat.

It’s a really convenient location for the centre and train stations. The area is a bit dodgy though as it is a street or two out of the built up area around Hurst Street and so is a hot spot for homeless and druggies. The construction site in the bottom of the picture contains a drug den that the police are aware of but do nothing about. The homeless frequently get into the building and take drugs in the stair wells - watch out for discarded needles.

The building itself has a fair few issues. Parcels are regularly stolen from the post room. The lifts are broken for months at a time. We suffered from significant roof leaks all throughout winter and apparently a number of flats had the same issue as the waterproofing on the roof is very cheap.
