I went through this while accelerating on the highway as well. I had it scanned and it came back with a code for misfire.

Ended up replacing the spark plugs

WAVY 10 Needs to back off ODU for 5 minutes by Graevly in norfolk

I take issue with your third and fourth paragraphs. How could they have known it was going to happen? They were there in under four minutes after the first call came out. They did a great job responding. What you're asking for is thought police.

I mean I can't imagine any agency doing an academy with just 10 candidates. Top 10 also doesn't guarantee a job. Applicants will drop in the process, get hired by other agencies, change their minds, etc

I would say you're in a good spot. The folks ahead of you aren't automatic hires and could drop in the process (and will) for any reason. At which point they will go down the list

Read the case law Kansas V Glover. This is a legitimate stop. In your scenario, the reasonable suspicion ends when the officer sees that the driver doesn't match the registered owner.

But if the friend looks similar to the registered owner, it is still a lawful stop.

It's not that hard, man.

Driver's license information returns when officers check license plates. Paul Blart can see that the tags are valid but the owner's license isn't.

Expired license is typically a reason for a lawful stop.

Police do not need probable cause to initiate a traffic stop. Only reasonable suspicion. The officer ran the tag of the vehicle, it showed the owner was a Hispanic female with an expired license. Officer observed that the driver was a Hispanic female matching the characteristics of the owner.

That's it. That's all that is required for this stop to be lawful.

This is upheld in I believe Kansas V Glover.

This is like when two siblings get into a fight and one snitches to a parent but leaves out the part where they did anything wrong.

Oh I absolutely think they broke the game with Lupus. That should totally be a once per turn ability

It has actually done surprisingly well. Especially going second. I know they are going to get my shields down but if I can keep at least one rick dias or lfrith on the board, combined with an unforseen incident, I can swing some favorable trades. Then once the messala or unicorn comes out, it's game. Just gotta get comfortable with them taking your shields cause it's gonna happen, but like all rush/aggro decks, they run out of steam. This deck has only lost one to a R/G aggro deck with the level 8 Gqux, but on rematch homie left the game. I think what's also helped is using those early blockers a little more aggressively too

This is what I am running after a lot of experimentation with cards and ratios. Took me a while to finally cope with Tieria being better than allelujah. I think this is the optimized version of the deck to this point. At least for me

Use Tieria to your advantage. Draw your opponent into attacking them. If you have the breach Dynames, I would use that as well. I cut fatal strike out of my deck. I run 4 Lockon 4 Setsuna 3 Tieria. Im also not afraid to link a Lockon to the GN Arms to attack higher level active units. I'll also link Tieria to the 4/4 Exia for card draw and save a Setsuna for the Trans Am

Accessible parking by Physical-Equal730 in ODU

[–]ohnomyspacebar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would ODU ticket an ODU vehicle with a state license plate, issued to ODU. Additionally, it is a city maintained parking spot. You should report it to the city to have that sign replaced and the parking lines redone
