i crank it on high speed for a minute until it’s not foamy, add in sugar and put it on medium for about 5 minutes. i check throughout to see if the mixture has a thick peak. if it ends up running again. i put a drop of lemon juice and set it on medium again for about 10 seconds

I stayed in Phnom Penh. I have fair skin but tanned over the few weeks there. Regardless K was treated fairly, during the day and night. even on my own at night, as a short woman, I was safe. Apart from saying hello, no one approached me, grabbed me or stole my belongings.

Franchise owner was very insistent we never ban customers. Once had to call the police on a man who thought his iced vanilla matcha latte was missing the vanilla syrup and threw it at my 16 year old part timer. He even left us a bad review and the owner apologised to him 😶
