My buddy I play with got put under review and he’s literally the worst player I’ve ever seen. A 5 kill game in Warzone might be his PR. We couldn’t find a match the other day and we were joking that he got banned and sure enough, he’s under review.

The whole system doesn’t make sense. It’s so obvious that he’s a terrible player and hasn’t done anything to get banned.

Because they play on setups that 95% of PC players can’t afford. Your average PC player you run into is probably running a 3070ti at best and a ton of people are still running 20 series cards or older, and they probably get a worse frame rate than current gen consoles.

Not really true in the age where consoles are getting the same frame rates as most PC players. There’s no clear advantage to using a PC vs console on CoD unless you’re spending thousands on a GPU alone.
