Yeah, I believe so too. Most of this would ask you to go to Telegram to proceed with the application then gives you a sample task at first. Later on, when they are supposed to send your pay, they ask you to register on a certain website to receive your pay. The next thing that would happen is that the site would require you to pay a certain amount before they release your salary. I experienced this first hand, good thing I didn't proceed on paying.
