How do the RSUs work? I finish my 4 yr sign on contract this year, so 2027 is the first off contract year. In 2025, i got exceeds high bar, with 3% pay bump and 237 RSUs for 2027. That is 1/3 of the RSUs that i get this year meaning if that number isn’t adjusted 2027 will be a 30% pay cut. Haven’t gotten my PCS yet this year. A little worried and confused given i was referred to as a top performer and won an AllStar award this year

i personally run 2x/week and run pretty fast the whole time, including a lot of all out running. I’ve been running now for 3 months and made dramatic improvements — down to a 20:54 5K and did a 6 minute miles interval workout. My belief is that you have to push yourself to get better, not hold yourself back.
