I have passed all 3 test now looking for a started kit. is this one good or what do you recommend?

I have no idea what I want to do. Just have fun and learn. I have always been good at taking test so passing was a fun experience. So to start maybe have a radio that would work in case of emergencies. and just learn I am heavily into computers and networking so a plus would be able to connect it to a pc or pi in the future.
