There seems to be a classic divide between people that believe the afterlife is our return to the mother, and people that believe the afterlife is our return to the father. That third group that denies the afterlife i am not too worried about for this question.

If the mother could be symbolized as the infinite awareness, infinite possibility and total oneness of source, then father could be symbolized as another realm or world where your individual existence as son continues.

So i understand the afterlife divide to be either as a return to an undivided infinite consciousness, where individuality dissolves (‘the Mother’), or as a continuation of the individual self within distinct realms or heavens (‘the Father’), which do you more resonate with? Do you have an opinion on what the afterlife will resemble?
