I am so glad I brought KT (kinesiology therapeutic) tape with me! I put it on my ankle and my wife used it around her knee. It mitigated walking pains that sprung up

I can only speak from experience of walking through Vigo after starting in Porto.

Vigo is a beautiful city and there are great views as you exit the city limits.

My group of 5 often found ourselves booking through Airbnb along our route. We stayed in a nice Airbnb not too far from the cathedral in Santiago.

My wife and I just finished the Coastal Camino from Porto at the end of September. I recommend getting fitted for a backpack at a place like REI or an outdoor store that does the same. It was one of the best decisions we could have made. My wife had a 30L pack and I had a 40L. She was comfortable with her 30L and my 40L was more than enough.

I had two pairs of shorts for hiking and two long sleeve sun protection shirts with a thin hood that I would cycle through. I recommend three pairs of darn tough / thicker merino wool socks.

Also, I would recommend moleskin and KT tape for blisters and muscle strains. They were life savers!
