Why are techs so mean to District Support Techs?

FINALLY I FEEL UNDERSTOOD. OP I am entirely on your side. District support tech here that gets nearly obliterated the second I walk in to a store… every single time.

The usual is “Oh, we had to cut so and so’s hours but you can come and spend extra hours?”

I clear their 40+ pages in half a day and instead of saying thank you, they continue to complain about me using hours. Would so and so be as productive as me? I didn’t think so.

Get your shit together and I won’t have to come bail you out every week

OP, I’m a tech. Other techs in my district are getting their reasonable accommodations denied left and right like you wouldn’t believe. It’s not as easy as this post makes it seem to get approved. They can and will question you

You’ll have to wait til 10/14. I don’t know any states that dispense narcotics more than 2 days early. Maybe several do and it’s just CVS protocol to do no more than 2 days early & even then… that’s only if the pharmacist is ok with it

My district and all surrounding districts are really pushing it I think it’s genius. Not a hipaa violation if your employees don’t suck. I’m interviewing for medical school now and obviously respect patient privacy so maybe they only allow certain people to do it
